The major consideration that has shaped the design of the course is that, spouses are an important member of the Services fraternity, and have a critical influence on the social environment of the Service. They also require to provide inspirational leadership to the wives and families of peers and subordinates as the husbands assume senior positions. Further, dealing with the millennial generation is difficult, stress at work & home and work-life integration requires you all to adapt to this change. The course is structured on three verticals, viz. Self-Awareness & Life Skills, Empowerment and Social Awareness, which encompass several contemporary aspects and issues. This course equips the participants with some of these skills such as self-awareness, effective communication, time & stress management, emotional intelligence, yoga & meditation through dedicated sessions on Organisational Behaviour & Development by the CDM faculty and subject matter experts of eminence.
