The Participants of Higher Defence Management Course undertakes International Strategic Management Tour (ISMT) to countries in regions of India’s relevant global environment. The practice of ISMT commenced with HDMC-02 during Oct 2006. ISMT is a golden opportunity provided to the participants of HDMC to get exposed to Higher Defence Control Organisation of countries which are in India’s relevant environment. It also affords broadening of their horizons by interacting with personnel of foreign Armed Forces and observing and imbibing from the Best Practices being followed by them.
