Joint Resource Management Course (JRMC)

The Management Development Programme in Joint Resource Management Course (JRMC) is a two weeks course conducted once every year at the College of Defence Management (CDM), addresses the need for joint operational management skills among officers from the tri-services. Originally known as the Joint Logistics Capsule Course (JLCC) and renamed in 2014, this program focuses on resource management, joint Manship, and the application of modern management concepts.
It equips participants to advise commanders using scientific decision-making tools, understand procurement procedures, and learn best practices in supply chain management. The JRMC is a vital platform for officers to enhance their expertise in resource management and strategic decision-making in a joint services environment.

Aim

To familiarise participants with tools, techniques, policies, rules, regulations and other relevant aspects of resource management in a Joint Services Environment.

Timing

The duration of the MDP-JRMC is Two weeks conducted once every year. The MDP-JRMC 2025 is scheduled for 06 Jan  to 18 Jan 2025.
